About these terms

These terms cover your use of the Agentery website (agentery.com) and the Agentery MCP connector at https://agentery.com/api/mcp, including use through Claude or other AI assistants (together, “the service”). Agentery is run by an individual, not a company. By using the service you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use it. Contact: help@agentery.com.

The service

• Agentery helps you research AI products, agents, MCP servers and APIs: what they do, how they are delivered and what their vendors publish about price.
• The service is free. No fees are charged, and no account or registration is needed.
• We may change, limit, pause or stop any part of the service at any time, without notice.

Information is provided as-is

• Listings, prices, indexes (including the Agent Economy Price Index), benchmarks, comparisons and research answers are compiled from vendors’ public pages and other public sources. They may be incomplete, out of date or wrong.
• A missing price means unknown, not free. “Contact sales” is not a price. A search result is a candidate to check, not a recommendation or proof that a product meets your needs.
• Nothing on the service is financial, legal, investment or procurement advice. Check prices and terms with the vendor before you buy.
• Product names and trademarks belong to their owners. A listing does not mean a vendor endorses or works with Agentery. Placement cannot be bought.

Acceptable use

Please do not:

• break the law, or use the service to harm others;
• try to get around rate limits or access controls, or reach partner-only features without a partner key;
• overload, disrupt or probe the service for weaknesses without our permission;
• bulk-download or scrape the service to rebuild or resell its data;
• submit false outcome reports or other misleading information.

We may block or limit access that breaks these rules or puts the service at risk.

What you send us

You keep any rights you have in what you submit (for example research questions, corrections, outcome reports or private benchmarks). You allow us to store and use it to run and improve the service and to produce aggregate, non-identifying statistics, as described in our privacy policy. Please do not send personal or confidential information in tool requests.

Private benchmarks

A private benchmark is reached only through its token. Keep the token safe: anyone who has it can view or change that benchmark. We cannot recover a lost token.

Our content

You may use what the service returns for your own research and buying decisions, and quote it with a link back to Agentery. Other reuse, especially systematic copying of data, needs our permission.

Liability

The service is provided free, “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the service or reliance on its information, including loss of money, profit, data or business. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. Changes are posted on this page with a new date. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.
